A group of academic staff and Jihad-e Daneshgahi’s technical officers of Yazd province visited MERC on 4/11/2009.  In this visit, Dr Doroudian explained the Pilot Unit and Engineer Dehghani explained the Spray Plasma Laboratory.  The group also visited the departments of Ceramic and Semiconductors and were closely familiarized with the instruments and accomplishments of MERC.

This instrument was introduced by the technicians of Parsgen Company on 16/11/2009 to a number of academic staff and students at Shahid Azodi amphitheater of MERC.  LVEM instrument is an electronic microscope with working voltage of 5 microvolt and has 3 modes of action: TEM, SEM and STEM.  The LVEM small size and relative low-cost, compared to its counterparts, are the advantages of this instrument.
