The fourth round of this ceremony was held on 4 to 8 November at Imam Khomeini Mossalla in Tehran aiming to establish a liaison between the research and development centers, and industries.  In this ceremony, universities, research centers and other scientific and technical centers exhibited their latest accomplishments.

MERC International Relations Unit intends to invite Dr Harold Paxton (Professor of Metallurgy of Steel University, USA) to MERC for a visit, giving a lecture and running an educational workshop.  It is arranged that he will come to Iran to participate in the Heat Treatment Congress upon the invitation by the Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Majlesi Unit.
