Today, the method of communication by telephone is changing and for setting up the connections a technology is used which is called “Voice over Internet Protocol” (VoIP). VoIP is a method for converting the analog signals to digital data that is transferred through Internet and network ground.

If converting of analog signals to digital data is feasible, VoIP is able to convert a standard network connection to a pseudo method for setting up a telephone connection. The followings are amongst advantages of this method: Using VoIP, we can set up a connection from each network that has an appropriate width of band Facilities such as caller ID, call waiting, call transfer, repeat dialing, return call, pseudo fax, voice mail box etc that will be introduced to the users in the future issues of this Newsletter. For network managements, VoIP telephone system means that they deal with one network instead of two. This is due to the fact that the telephone systems used in VoIP network are under Web and could be easily managed by the network management VoIP system shift is easily accomplished and the contact number is not limited to the physical location of an individual MAC (Move, Add, Change) process is easily accomplished Grouping users and customers, in order to facilitate work, is easy and all these mean lower cost
